PLAYING CARDS
I think of retro futurism when coming up with visuals of this fusion of art movement and theme. The Art Deco style inspired me and my further execution of implementing the 20s due to its history. The style started around the early 1920s and continued strong until the 40s. It relies on bold designs, bright colors, and geometric shapes. It takes styles from Cubism as well as having ideation of the future for simplistic style. I wanted this to really show in my cards and their aesthetic by the usage of this knowledge.
